FairEatsApp takes nothing. 0% from the Restaurant. 0% from the Driver. 0%from You on your transaction. No gimmicks. The restaurant keeps their full menu price — same as walk-in. The driver sets their own fair rate and keeps every cent plus 100% of your tip. Credit-card processing passes through at cost from the payment network.

This runs on reputation, not extortion. Restaurants list the same prices you’d see walking in — inflate and customers order elsewhere. Drivers set their own delivery rate — overprice and the next driver undercuts you. Customers tip fairly — your tipping average and rating is visible to drivers who choose which deliveries to accept. Everyone keeps everyone honest & “FAIR”. Everyone has a rating to maintain. Community supporters cover operating costs. You just order the same food for less.

What do I actually pay?

The restaurant’s menu price, the delivery fee your driver sets, and your tip. We take 0% platform cut.

Who runs this?

One founder, lean infrastructure, community supporters covering operating costs.

How is this different?

No platform cut. Restaurants keep what they earn. Drivers keep what they earn. You pay less because we don’t skim you.

Will I get a confirmation email?

Not right away — your confirmation page isyour receipt, so save it. When we launch in your city we’ll reach out by email or SMS at the address and number you gave us, and we may send occasional milestone updates before then. See our terms for the full contact-consent details.

When will you launch in my city?

We launch city by city once we have enough restaurants and drivers in that city to make the numbers work. Share your waitlist link — every referral moves your city up the list.

What about data privacy?
